Sales of JPPH Property Transaction Information

The Director General of Valuation may provide property information on sale or transfer or interest on the land upon payment of a fee
according to the rates as specified by the Minister of Finance Malaysia. This service is provided specifically to
Valuers, Apraisers or Estate Agents who are registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents of Malaysia.
It may also be provided to any partnership or body corporate permitted to practice valuation by the Board. Any other person, partnership
or body corporate may also be granted this service provided there is prior approval by the Director General of Valuation.
- Applicants are required to submit a duly filled copy of Form A (Application For Information As To Sale and Transfer of Land)
to the relevant JPPH branch as sales of such information are conducted according to their operational boundaries.
- The fee chargeable for provision of property transaction information is as follows :
- For a single information request (on an adhoc basis), RM1.00 shall charged for each transaction which will be provided
(subject to a minimum fee of RM1.00 even though there are no transactions). Information is provided in printed form.
- For information request on a continuous basis, RM0.60 shall charged for each transaction which will be provided
(subject to a minimum fee of RM6.00). Information will be provided in electronic media.
- Payment can be made by cash, cheque or money order. Payment by cheque or money order shall be made payable to 'Akauntan Negara Malaysia'.
Payment shall be made when the property transaction information is made available by the relevant JPPH branch.
