 STATUS ENQUIRY OF VALUATION CASES  

This online enquiry service enables users to check status of the cases submitted to JPPH for valuation. Currently this service is applicable to three types of valuation cases, namely :

  •     Housing Loan (For Civil Servants)
  •     Stamp Duty
  •     Conversion of Land Use


    • (Note : Valuation cases completed more than 30 days prior to the date of enquiry will not be displayed in this online enquiry. For further information, please contact the relevant JPPH branch.)
