To strengthen Valuation Services, Negotiations, Property Information, Education, Training, Research and efficient as well as dynamic Property Management.

Objectives

In order to achieve the Department's vision and mission, JPPH has identified the following objectives:
1) To continuously provide quality valuation, information and research services
2)To extend valuation and property services to government agencies
3)To be responsible for asset management of government property
4) To establish a renowned ‘Centre for Advanced Real Estate Studies.
